Proline "HP" Series Pumps
Proline manufactures one of the most comprehensive series of pumps in the small dredge industry. These are high performance centrifugal pumps designed specifically for operating our dredges and dual-purpose machines. They are first cast from high quality aluminum, then heat treated to a T-6 hardness for years of service. Each part is machined on computer controlled equipment to maintain the exact tolerances required for optimum performance. Our pumps use 5 vane and 6 vane "aggressive bite" impellers with large intake throats to provide high volume with working pressures greater than that normally found on pumps of this type. The quality and performance of these units when coupled to our efficient jetting system offer outstanding vacuum power with very little service required for a long life.
HP 100

This pump bolts directly to the 2.5 horsepower 4-cycle engine. It has a 1.5” intake and a 1.25” discharge. It is used on our 2” dredge and combo.

HP 200

One of the first 3-4 horsepower size pumps engineered to allow for the use of a diving compressor. This pump has a 2” intake and a 1.25” discharge. This is the standard pump on the 2.5” dredge and combo.

HP 300

Designed specifically for the great water pressure required to successfully operate our 3” combo as a highbanker. It is equipped with a 2.5” intake and a 1.5” discharge.

HP 350

This is our standard pump for use on our 4” dredge and twin engine 5” dredges. It has a 2.5” intake and a 2” discharge. It is one of the most powerful pumps available for 5 to 5.5 horsepower engines.

HP 400

Currently the only pump designed specifically for the new 6.5 horsepower engines. It has a 3” intake and a 2” discharge. It is available as an upgrade on our 4” dredge and twin engine 5” dredge.

HP 500

This is our largest pump as of this printing. It has a 3” intake and a 2” discharge. It develops considerably more pressure and volume than the other 8 to 9 horsepower pumps. This is the standard pump on our single engine 5” dredge and twin engine 6” dredge.

We also carry a variety of pump parts. Just call.
Diving Equipment
We carry a variety of diving equipment, clothing and supplies including the “Air Breathing Kit.” This kit contains our pro-series saftey harness, designed specifically for the needs of dredgers. Also included; a high quality low-pressure regulator, air hoses and a reserve tank. Can be used for one or two divers.
Equipment Accessories
Engine Plates
These plates are designed for mounting engines and pumps, with or without air compressors, to our dredges. They can also be used as a sturdy base for setting the pump on the side of the streambed.
Jets
Our power jets are available in a variety of sizes and are popular with those building their own dredges, or wishing to improve performance on equipment that they already own.
Clamps and Couplings
We maintain a good supply of various size hose clamps and couplings. Call us with your needs.
Pump Parts
Every dredger knows it’s wise to have an extra seal and gasket. These parts, if need be, can be installed in the field with simple hand tools.
Hose
Proline has the hoses for most any application. We stock suction hoses for dredging, pressure hoses for powering dredges, and layflat hoses for highbanking use. Many sizes and styles to choose from.
Swivel Tips
These tips swivel 360 degrees, allowing the nozzle to be manipulated into tight spaces more easily. All sizes include comfortable handles.
Footvalves
Built to last. All metal construction makes for a tough, yet simple design, which will not float to the surface...and they are totally rebuildable.
Prospecting Supplies
Sluice Boxes
The sluice box is an absolute must for the beginner. It is a simple, yet effective tool which allows the operator to process a great deal more material than would ever be possible by simply using a gold pan. The Proline sluice boxes are built with the same quality as that found on our powered equipment. We use only the highest quality aluminum, and all steel parts are plated for corrosion resistance. Ribbed matting is installed at the front of the sluice, and aids in quick inspection for gold. Perhaps the most unique feature found on our sluices is that the expanded wire is inset onto the bottom of the riffles, and is welded in place, making cleanup much easier. These sluices are available in small, medium, and large. The medium and large are equipped with large handles for easy transporting.
Proline's "Professional" Gold Pan
The "Professional" is, without a doubt, one of the most popular gold pans ever produced. This pan incorporates the best features required in an effective and user friendly design. Its riffles are more aggressive than those found on other pans, and the riffled portion covers nearly 40% of the pan's side. The large flat bottom increases capacity as well as making gold easier to spot and remove. Manufactured from durable plastic, and finished with just the right texture to speed up the break-in process as well as to help grab the fine gold. Available in the three most popular color choices: green, blue, and black. The "Professional" is the pan of choice with mining engineers, competitive gold panners and prospectors who demand the best!
Orange Gold Magnet
This magnet is great for removing black sand from your concentrates while leaving most of the gold. Push the plunger down to attract the magnetic sands, then lift to release.
Snuffer Bottle
This is by far the easiest method we know of for recovering the very fine gold from your pan. With water in the pan, squeeze the bottle and then release it. The vacuum sucks up the gold.
Blue Concentrating Bowl
This bowl is very effective for separating the heavy black sands from the gold, and is easy to operate. Requires very little water. Couples to any garden hose so it can be used at home or in the field with the water from your dredge's pump.
Sniping Tube
Perfect for locating the nuggets fast and easy.
Matting
We stock ribbed carpet, (left) for sluice boxes, black “v-ribbed” matting (center) for easy gold spotting, and “NOMAD” matting, also called miner’s moss (right) for unequalled gold recovery.
Crevice Tool
Scrape with the curved pointed end. Use the scooped end to clean the crevices. Valuable for any method of prospecting.
Prospecting Tools
The snuffer bulbs and crevice sucker are useful when sniping, highbanking, and dredging. Narrow probes can clean the tightest crevices.
Flusher Nozzle
An essential tool when dredging. Bending the nozzle delivers a high pressure burst of water for cleaning
narrow crevices in bedrock.
T-80 Kit
This is a low pressure diving kit that is based around the T-80 compressor. It is available on all Proline dredges and dual purpose machines 2.5” and larger. The kit includes: T-80 compressor, pulleys, belt, belt guard and mounting hardware.
