Increase the Flexibility and Performance of your Combo
Versatility is the primary reason for the popularity of the Proline dual-purpose machines. Today, we offer several products that increase the flexibility and performance of the combos. Floatation kits are available for the 2”, 2.5”, and 3” sizes. This allows the operator to work in deeper water with most of the advantages found in a conventional gold dredge. Our swivel tips are often used with the combos as well. They include comfortable handles plus the freedom of the tip rotating 360 degrees often eliminates having to bend or twist the dredge hose to reach difficult spots. The 2.5” and 3” combos also can be equipped with our popular diving air compressor kits. The ability to dive takes dredging to a whole new level. It’s safer, more enjoyable, allows for dredging in deeper water, and for more extensive bedrock cleaning. Other options are available, as well, such as longer hoses and larger engines for high altitude use.
Float Kits
We have floatation kits available for the 2”, 2.5”, and 3” dredge/highbanker combo sizes. This allows the operator to work in deeper water with most of the advantages found in a conventional gold dredge.
Swivel Tips
Proline swivel tips set the standard for design and construction. The tip smoothly rotates 360 degrees and is equipped with a large handle. Our unique swivel seal is less prone to seizing from sand than other designs. The 3” and larger tips include a high carbon steel wear ring which is spaced out from the nozzle body to increase dredge capacity and to make it easier to remove large rocks from the tip.
T-80 Air Compressor Kits
This is a low pressure diving kit that is based around the T-80 compressor. It is available on all Proline dredges and dual purpse machines 2.5" and larger. The ability to dive takes dredging to a whole new level. It’s safer, more enjoyable, allows for dredging in deeper water, and for more extensive bedrock cleaning. The kit includes T-80 compressor, pulleys, belt, belt guard and mounting hardware.
