Commercial 6" Dredge

If you require a professional grade 6" Dredge, you've come to the right place

The Proline Commercial 6" Dredge has all of the hardcore features and construction our customers need, while remaining portable and easy to use.

The flotation consists of six cross-link polyethylene pontoons, cast extra thick and incorporating large threaded steel inserts for easy mounting. Our new modular frame design utilizes CNC machined steel tubing and laser cut components to allow for fast, trouble-free assembly.

This dredge is equipped standard with two Honda GX270 engines and our famous HP500 water pumps, and provides excellent vacuum to moderate depths. We also offer a Deep Water model, with a variety of larger engine/pump packages, an inline booster jet, an outboard hose support, and two heavy duty PCA10 air compressors for extreme mining/sampling applications

Other options include electric starters, a full length canopy, and several lengths of heavy duty diver's ladders. As with our smaller dredges, we use only the finest American made hoses, belts, rebuildable foot valves, machined steel pulleys, grade 8 hardware, and 100% tig welded construction.

Experience greater productivity with our new Pro Series 6" swivel tip. It's equipped with our unique halo handle for better one or two-handed operation, and a robust hinged steel suction breaking door with rubber seal, rather than a tear prone flap.

Of course, we're known for our "No Nonsense" recovery systems and the Commercial 6" Dredge sluice box is no exception. It's loaded with features like our critically acclaimed tuned classifier design, also known as a Wave classifier, and a removable undercurrent tray section for easy sampling and cleanups. Our progressive riffle timing and the extensive use of Miner's Moss provides for a lightweight and effective system that offers excellent gold recovery, regardless of its size and shape, even under the most difficult operating conditions.
