Outstanding dredge vacuum and long life

Proline offers one of the most comprehensive line of pumps in the small dredge industry. These are high performance centrifugal pumps designed specifically for operating our dredges and dual-purpose machines. Each pump is cast in the US from premium quality A356 aluminum, then heat treated to a "T-6" hardness for years of service. Every component is then machined on computer controlled equipment to ensure the exact tolerances required for optimum performance. We use 5, 6, and 7 vane "aggressive bite" impellers with large intake throats to provide high volume with greater working pressure than similar pumps on the market. They are hand-assembled using US made seals, heavy duty reusable gaskets, and grade 8 hardware. The quality and performance of these units, when coupled with our efficient jetting systems, offers outstanding dredge vacuum with very little service required.

HP100 Pump

This pump bolts directly to the Honda GXH50 engine. It has a 1.5” intake and a 1.25” discharge. It is used on our 2” Dredge and 2” Dredge/Highbanker Combo.

HP200 Pump

One of the first 3 to 4 horsepower size pumps engineered to allow for the use of a diving compressor. This pump has a 2” intake and a 1.25” discharge. This is the standard pump on the 2.5” Dredge and 2.5” Dredge/Highbanker Combo.

HP300 Pump

Designed specifically for the higher working pressure required to successfully operate our 3” Dredge/Highbanker Combo as a highbanker. It is equipped with a 2.5” intake and a 1.5” discharge.

HP350 Pump

This is our standard pump for use on our 4” Dredge and twin engine 5” Dredge. It has a 2.5” intake and a 2” discharge. It is one of the most powerful pumps available for 5 to 5.5 horsepower engines.

HP400 Pump

The HP400 is the only pump on the market designed specifically for the 6 to 6.5 horsepower engines. It has a 3” intake and a 2” discharge. It's a very popular choice for our 4” Dredge and twin engine 5” Dredge.

HP500 Pump

Hands down, the most powerful 8 to 9 horsepower pump on the market. It has a 3” intake and a 2” discharge. It develops considerably more pressure and volume than the competition. This is standard equipment on our single engine 5” Dredge and twin engine 6” Dredges.

HP800 Pump

The newest in our lineup, the HP800 is a very large 4" by 3" model and incorporates an integrated mounting pad for the PCA10 air compressor for weight savings. Two of these pumps produces tremendous vaccum on our 8" Dredges.
